Return & Refund Policy

You must retain your receipt, as it will be required in the event of the return of any goods.

We are happy to exchange or issue a credit note for items returned to us in a saleable condition, with a receipt, within 28 days of purchase.  We are under no legal obligation to do this and we reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund non-faulty goods.

Our trees and shrubs are guaranteed to grow for 3 years, with proof of purchase, and where the plant has been reasonably cared for.

HTA Gift Cards are non-refundable.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
